Little Dip Conservation Park

Little Dip Conservation Park is located just out or Robe, approximately 340km south-east of Adelaide. The picturesque township of Robe has everything you need for a great holiday. Most 4wd tracks in Little Dip are sand and the difficulty of driving depends on what season you are down there.  Summer is a great time to visit here as you can enjoy a dip, go surfing, diving or try to catch a few fish.

There are many campsites in Little Dip that have long drops but no other amenities.

Border Track

Starting between Lameroo and Pinaroo you can top up your fuel and supplies here before heading south down the track.  You travel through different sections of Ngarkat Conservation Park.  There is a range of mud holes, sand dunes and tracks that cater for all kinds of drivers.  There is also chicken tracks around some of the trickier parts.  The track is closed over summer months due to bush fire risks.

There are camping sites scattered along the track so it can be done over a long weekend without any issues.  Some camp sites have long drops but you will need to be self sufficient as no water is available.

Head further north to Arkaroola Sanctuary for breathtaking scenery, wild life and an escape from the city.

Next door to Arkaroola is the Gammon Ranges Park which has history combined with awesome 4wding this is a way to enjoy some time out.

Morgan Quarry is a great place to tackle all kinds of terrains at different skill levels.  You can only get access here if you are in a 4WD club that is affiliated with 4WDSA.
