Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary depending on the weight, size of your ordered items and the location of your delivery. Your delivery fee will be calculated and displayed when you checkout, before the payment of your items.
We use couriers to deliver our parcels and products will not be left at unattended addresses as a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery a card will left with directions on how to collect the goods. If the parcel is to be re-delivered all additional fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note: couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes so please ensure you provide a valid day time delivery address.
Shipping & Returns
Rock 4x4 Accessories ships its products to all areas of Australia. At this time we do not ship internationally.
You should also include a daytime phone number with your shipping details should we need to contact you if there are any problems with your delivery.

Shipping Time
All items are dispatched by Rock 4x4 Accessories within 48 hours of receiving payment of your order. Delivery times are based on the following guidelines:
1 - 5 days - Adelaide and outer suburbs.
3 - 8 days - Rest of SA, Sydney, ACT, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth
5 - 14 days - TAS, NT, Rest of NSW, Vic, QLD, WA
Warranty and Returns
Warranties do not cover accidents, misuse, neglect, natural disaster or act of God or other external causes, or damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner that is not described in the instructions.
Rock 4x4 Accessories offers 14 day DOA warranty on all products.
Please contact Rock 4X4 Accessories immediately should you notice any problems with your purchase. We will attempt to rectify the issue as soon as possible.
In the instance you are required to send an item back for replacement, shipping will be at the expense of the purchaser please understand this before purchasing.
We do not offer warranty on items that have been damaged due to misuse, abuse or infrequent servicing. No refund or exchange will be granted in such instances.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The Buyer indemnifies and holds Rock 4x4 Accessories harmless from and against any loss or damage to the Buyer's vehicle or parts of the Buyer's vehicle as a result of the installation of products.
Rock 4x4 Accessories does not warrant or accept liability for voiding a vehicles manufacturer's warranty or part thereof from fitting the goods to the buyer's vehicle. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Rock 4x4 Accessories harmless from and against any loss as a result of the vehicle manufacturer's warranty being deemed void.
All Warranties expressed are domestic warranties.
Claims not covered under warranty include:
- Parts subject to wear and tear.
- Bent or dented products.
- Finish/coating of products once ftted to a vehicle and/or after 90 days. Which ever comes first. Finish is not covered from scratching or marking.
- Products with evident damage caused by contact with other items and abrasion.
- Damage caused as a result of not following manufacturers recommendations and/or requirements in the installation instructions.
- Products used in competition.
- Components or accessories used in conjunction with other manufacturers products.
- Warranty claims without "original proof of purchase".
Procedure for Claiming Warranty
To make a warranty claim we will need you to do the following:
1. Take a picture of the damaged or faulty part along with your original invoice or order number and email to us at [email protected].
2. We will reply letting you know we have received your claim and act on your claim immediately.
Points to remember:
Make sure you include your delivery address and name, and a clear indication on what is wrong.
Modifications
Rock 4x4 Accessories acknowledges that some modifications and installation of products may result in the vehicle being illegal for road use in some states and territories of Australia. The Buyer accepts responsibility for ensuring that all modifications or products fitted to the vehicle comply with legal requirements for their state/territory. The Buyer indemnifies and holds Rock 4x4 Accessories harmless from and against any loss or convictions as a result of the legality of the modifications of the Buyer's vehicle.
